It applies to Customer users of the Service and to visitors of this marketing website.

2. Information We Collect

Account information — name, email, phone number (if provided for multi-factor authentication), and role, provided when a Customer sets up user accounts.
QuickBooks business data — products, vendors, customers, invoices, bills, purchase orders, and related records, synced from a Customer's own QuickBooks Online account under authorization the Customer grants.
Workflow data created in the Service — order requests, proforma invoices, shipment records, and similar records the Customer's users create.
Website form submissions — name, email, company, and phone number, when you request a demo or ask to get started via this website.
Usage & analytics data — pages visited, general location (derived from IP), device/browser type, and interaction data, collected via analytics tools described in Section 5.

3. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including keeping data synchronized with QuickBooks.
To authenticate users and enforce the role/permission settings a Customer configures.
To respond to demo requests and sign-up inquiries submitted through this website.
To send account-related communications (e.g. multi-factor authentication codes, password resets, invitations).
To understand how this website and the Service are used, in order to improve them.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

Intuit / QuickBooks Online — to read and write data the Customer has authorized, via the official QuickBooks API.
Infrastructure providers — [Microsoft Azure (application hosting), Supabase/PostgreSQL (database hosting), Vercel (website/frontend hosting)], who process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
Email delivery — Microsoft Graph / Microsoft 365, to send account and notification emails.
Analytics providers — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, for this marketing website only (see Section 5).
When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Namin, our customers, or others.

5. Cookies & Analytics on This Website

This marketing website may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visitor behavior (pages viewed, general engagement, and — for Clarity — anonymized session recordings and heatmaps). These tools use cookies or similar technology. They are not active on the Service application itself for logged-in Customer users beyond what QuickBooks/authentication already requires to function.

6. Data Retention

Customer data is retained for as long as the Customer's subscription is active, and for a limited period afterward to allow data export, after which it is deleted or anonymized except where retention is required by law. Website form submissions are retained only as long as needed to follow up on the inquiry.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), rate-limiting on authentication endpoints, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Requests relating to data within the Service should generally go through your company's own account administrator, since Namin acts as a data processor for Customer business data. Requests relating to this website (e.g. a demo-request submission) can be sent to the contact below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
